zazipay is a mobile platform that allows you to access digital financial solutions that include instant mobile loans, buy airtime and pay utility bills conveniently.

We require you to register by dialling *322# or by downloading the zazipay App on google play store and App store. Registration entails accepting the terms and conditions then providing details such as your full name as per your ID, Safaricom mobile number, your ID number and email address.

We offer instant loans from Ksh 1,000 to Ksh 25,000. Your limit is dependent on a decision scoring mechanism and repayment history for your past loans.

The loan charges are on a flat rate and are dependent on the loan duration;

  1. Daily loan – 5%
  2. Weekly loan – 7.5%
  3. Bi-weekly loan – 10%
  4. Monthly loan – 15%

  1. Utility bills charge -Ksh 20/-
  2. Telco transfer charges apply.

The application and loan approval process are instant provided you have been successfully registered.

You can increase your loan limit by borrowing multiple times and making loan repayments on time to build your credit history.

You can make partial or full loan repayment by login in to your account either via USSD *322# then option 1 or by clicking the pay loan button on your APP home page.

Late repayments will attract a penalty. Your ability to increase your loan limit or get subsequent loans will also be affected.

A debt collector will engage you, you will then be blacklisted from zazipay services and listed on Credit Reference Bureau (CRB) until you fully repay the loan.

We will forward your updated details to the CRBs -Terms & Conditions apply. You can then contact our customer support line via support@zazipay.com  to get the batch number for further follow up with the CRBs for clearance

If you overpay your loan, the amount will remain on your mobile wallet where you can access it.

Data on zazipay platform is secured by our top-notch data encryption techniques. Further, your data is not shared with third parties unless it is for business purposes such as reporting to CRBs in case of default. Refer to our Terms and conditions
